Stedfast Bison Co.

Stedfast Bison Co. is a first generation gate to plate ranch owned and operated by Steven and Nikola Boyd in Quesnel BC. We raise our plains bison naturally in a low stress environment with minimal handling. They are fed on a diet of pasture, hay, essential minerals, Redmond salt and finish with hand fed oats. We do not use antibiotics or hormones. Bison meat is a sweet rich meat, low in cholesterol, fat and calories and high in protein and nutrients. All our bison meat has been government inspected. Stedfast Bison Co. raises bison for a variety of meat products including: bison steaks, ground bison, bison sausages, bison roasts, bison short ribs, bison burger patties and bison pepperoni.
